Gov Wolf announces 12 more counties will move to the Green Phase

On June 19th, 12 new counties will enter the Green Phase of the reopening process. These counties include: Dauphin, Franklin, Huntingdon, Luzerne, Monroe, Perry, Pike, and Schuylkill.
