WPPM = People Powered Media

PhillyCAM, a community media center in Philadelphia, started a radio station in 2016 to serve the information needs of our diverse community. We are a member-supported, participatory, non-commercial station rehumanizing radio with local voices and original programming. WPPM broadcasts on 106.5 FM in Philadelphia & Camden, streams online at phillycam.org/listen, and podcasts on Soundcloud.com/phillycam.

WPPM provides local, community driven news and resources for our listeners, viewers, and followers. Our news team is an excellent source for useful and engaging information you won’t find on mainstream media. The PPM in our call sign stands for People Powered Media.
